In order to provide a User ID/Password for any domain or to change a password for a server or mailbox we need to be able to determine that you are who you say you are. You can do this one of three ways.

1. Provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the server. If you pay by check specify check and the last check number issued to us. Send this information to support.
   or
2. Fax your request on a company letterhead, signed by an officer or owner of the company. Our fax number is: 1-425-392-9736

Can I have my own DNS servers (ns1.yoursitename.com & ns2.yoursitename.com)?
Yes you can. You will have to modify your DNS registration by adding actual name servers to the domain. This is not the same thing as pointing your domain to a name server. You then need to point these name servers to our name servers. For example, if your name server were called ns1.yoursitename.com and ns2.yoursitename.com then you would want to point them to the following IP addresses:

Name Server   Server IP Address
ns1.yoursitename.com 209.221.150.3
ns2.yoursitename.com   64.191.47.210
